The Kitchen

The kitchen was designed to be convenient for catering for large and small events and has commercial standard stainless steel work surfaces and a free-standing and movable large preparation table, with two very deep catering sinks and plenty of shelving.

There is a large commercial oven, speedy commercial dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and an electric hot cupboard for warming plates, plus two microwaves.

There is a water boiler for tea/coffee making.

The following is available and included in the hire of the hall when requested:

  • 60 cups, saucers and plates for everyday use.
  • 80 wine glasses.
  • 50 tumblers.
  • 20 beer glasses.
  • 15 glass water jugs.
  • Cutlery and a dinner service for 100 persons.

Note: the numbers above are approximate only.

Apart from the main door leading from the vestibule there is also a side access for convenient delivery of food, etc. brought by the hirer.
