The Wellness Studio


The Wellness Studio is currently running Pilates classes at Chilbolton Village Hall on Wednesday evenings at 6-7pm.

Pilates will help you to improve posture and body awareness, increase strength whilst keeping muscles both functional and flexible.  It’s also an excellent form of exercise for those who suffer from back pain or have an orthopaedic condition or for anyone who just wants to improve muscle tone.
